TRANSPORT
- construction of a tramline from the city centre to Fordon (2010-2013),
- beginning of a tramline construction connecting the railway station with the city centre. The project will involve reconstruction of the following streets: Marszałka Focha, Naruszewicza, Dworcowa and Zygmunta Augusta,
- beginning of a construction of a new section of Ogińskiego St. from Powstańców Wielkopolskich St. to Wojska Polskiego St. together with a new bridge over the Brda River and access roads,
- continuation of the reconstruction of Sporna St. including dismantling and rebuilding of the bridge on the Brda River,

- construction of a street parallel to Grudziądzka St. behind the offices of the City Council,
- beginning of a reconstruction of Nakielska St. (1st stage on the section from Grunwaldzkie Roundabout to Czerownego Krzyża St.),
- reconstruction of Dworcowa St. on the section between Matejki St. and Gdańska St.,
- reconstruction of the Western Road Junction (2nd stage),
- reconstruction of district dirt roads,
- construction of bicycle paths from Fordon to Myśllęcinek Park.

- revitalisation of the surface of the Old Market Square together with adjoining streets and the Sulima-Kamiński Bridge,

- purchase of new buses for the Municipal Transport Services.
BTBS
In 2010 Bydgoszcz Social Building Society Ltd.(BTBS) will continue the construction of 128 flats in Fordon at 61 and 63 Bora Komorowskiego St. Additionally the company will build a multifunctional sports field. BTSB is planning another investment at 62, 64 Grunwaldzka St. and 7 Plac Chełmiński. Three buildings will provide 65 flats with underground car park and services.

In the coming year the Municipal Housing Administration (ADM) is planning an adaptation of the building at 9 Kapuściska St. for social flats and will start a construction of new social flats.

EDUCATION
- modernisation of the swimming-pool at the Complex of Medical Schools at Swarzewska St.,
- organisation of a kindergarten within the facilities of the School Complex No 32 at 5a Krucza St.,
- construction of an Exam Centre for Drivers, arrangement of the area and thermal insulation of the Complex of Motor Schools at Powstańców Wielkopolskich St.
HEALTHCARE
- reconstruction of the obstetric-gynaecological department of the Municipal Hospital,
- extension of the Medical Care and Nursing Institution at 251 Smukalska St.,
- construction of an assistance centre for disabled children and youth at the Social Care Centre ‘’Słoneczko” at 2 Gałczyńskiego St. in Bydgoszcz,
- construction of a shelter for the homeless with an assistance place for intoxicated people.
ENVIRONMENT
- Construction of a Communal Waste Incineration Plant for Bydgoszcz-Toruń Metropolitan Area,
- revitalisation of the river banks and boulevards by the Brda River – construction and reconstruction of embankments, lighting systems, bicycle paths and paths for pedestrians, development of infrastructure and water tram stops,
- revitalisation of the park along the Old Bydgoszcz Canal– reconstruction of the section from Grunwaldzkie Roundabout to Wrocławska Street.
ENVIRONMENT
- construction of a pedestrian landscape viewing path on the southern embankment,
- revitalisation of the area of Wolności Sq. and Kazimierz Wielki Park – reconstruction of the fountain base and the mosaic, bicycle paths and landscape architecture,
- revitalisation of the postindustrial site at 36-38 Jagiellońska Street,
- development of new facilities at the Allotment Complex at Wyzwolenia St.
Environmental protection programmes are also implemented by the Municipal Water Supply and Sewage System in Bydgoszcz Ltd. These are projects carried out within the framework of the Bydgoszcz Water and Sewage System that include:
- modernisation of the Water Station in Czyżkówko,
- construction of the last section of the water main line to Fordon,
- construction of the main sewage pumping station in the northern part of Bydgoszcz,
- renovation of water mains, construction of new water distribution networks,
- construction of new storm water drainage and sewage systems,
- continuation of water treatment plant construction in Fordon,
- dredging of the Brda River and the Bydgoszcz Canal.
CULTURE
In 2010 Mill Island of Bydgoszcz will continue undergoing revitalisation, to create a real centre of the city’s culture and recreation.

- cofinancing of the activities of the Speedway Sports Club "Polonia" Bydgoszcz S.A.,
