The projected building is a public utility object and its basic function is to provide galleries with rent-out areas to allocate shops, services and restaurants.
The main entrance to the building is situated in the façade of the building (southern side) and is accessible from the square that is located between the main building of the centre and the historic buildings atJagiellońska Street.
The subject of the Project is the renovation and adaptation of a complex of listed historic buildings (dating back to the 18th C.) located on Mill Island (Wyspa Młyńska) in Bydgoszcz for the needs of the Leon Wyczółkowski District Museum, as well as land development in the immediate vicinity of the buildings.
Construction of a multipurpose shopping object: with services, restaurants, offices and a multifunctional indoor car park. Modernisation of access roads and pedestrian passages.
