Residential complex 'Olimpia'


Construction of a complex of four residential buildings with service shops, located in Bydgoszcz, in Kaliskiego Street.


 

The first stage of the investment anticipates construction of two buildings - A and B, with 65 flats. The second stage will be included in a separate project. Two residential buildings with 85 flats will be located on neighbouring plots of land.

The subject of the Project is the renovation and adaptation of a complex of listed historic buildings (dating back to the 18th C.) located on Mill Island (Wyspa Młyńska) in Bydgoszcz for the needs of the Leon Wyczółkowski District Museum, as well as land development in the immediate vicinity of the buildings.
   
The investment is located at 4 Młyńska St. in Bydgoszcz.
   
The investment project is located in the vicinity of the strict centre of Bydgoszcz at the junction of Bocianowo and Kaszubska Streets.
   

The new buildings of JFTC will be situated in Błonie district, in Szubińska Street

   

The hotel building is situated at the junction of Grodzka and Bernardyńska Streets in Bydgoszcz.

   

Construction of a multipurpose shopping object: with services, restaurants, offices and a multifunctional indoor car park. Modernisation of access roads and pedestrian passages.

   

'FOCUS-PARK BYDGOSZCZ' is a project for a shopping and services centre with a cinema complex.

   
Modernisation of the stadium is connected with the IAAF World Junior Championships that will take place in Bydgoszcz in 2008.
   
Change in property use - the Kentzer’s Mills will be transformed into “Słoneczny Młyn” (Sunny Mill) Hotel Complex
