Change in property use of the Kentzer Mills for Hotel Complex “Słoneczny Młyn” sp. z o.o. – limited partnership designing group: Studio Architektoniczne FUTURA, Andrzej Malingowski Bydgoszcz, 84 Jagiellońska Street

1. The Complex of Kentzer’s Mills is located between Jagiellońska Street, Stefana Kardynała Wyszyńskiego Av. and the Brda River.
2. The Hotel Complex “Słoneczny Młyn” is designed to be a three-star hotel. It will provide a wide range of conference and training facilities. The building consists of six levels and is partially cellared. All the levels will be connected vertically by two lifts open for general use.  The perspective hotel will provide 101 accommodation units and according to European standards will be considered a small hotel. Most rooms will be double-bedded, there will also be single rooms, suites or so called superior rooms.
The complex will provide 5 conference halls:
- one big conference hall for 180 guests
- two medium size conference rooms for 30 guests each
- two small conference rooms for 10 guests each

The hotel complex will be entirely accessible for disabled guests thanks to lifts of appropriate sizes, ramps, platforms and specially designed bathrooms.
